We will need his response and help in the beginning. He will also want to make sure he understands the operations and process of the business. Then if he wants to hand it off to a trusted manager. I would say go for it.
What’s the tech stack? We use HouseCall Pro, which is an all in one field service management software. This allows in field service businesses to manage their scheduling, invoicing and client communication. We use Google LSA (Google Local Services Ads) to generate leads and acquire new customers.
